Bhavana Garg
Bhavana maintains her own practice in debt recovery, insolvency and civil litigation. She appears before the Debts Recovery Tribunals and the National Company Law Tribunal, and in civil suits and commercial disputes before the district courts and the High Court.
She is instructed directly by her own clients and conducts those matters throughout — from the first notice, through pleadings and case preparation, to the conduct of evidence and enforcement. Her particular care is for procedure and for counselling clients candidly on what a proceeding will actually require of them.
